Registration will open at 9:30 AM with the event beginning at 12:00 noon.  There will be mandatory security screening for each attendee at this event.  To pass through security, you will need a government-issued photo I.D.  Please allow at least 45 minutes to pass through security and registration.

Reservations for this event will be accepted online only.  You must bring your email confirmation of your online registration to the event.  This will be your ticket into the event and is the only way to ensure that you will be admitted.  Due to heightened security, we cannot guarantee that walk-ins will be admitted.  We strongly encourage you to register by close of business on October 30 to ensure your space at the event.

To allow our members in Tarrant County a convenient way to attend, we have arranged a shuttle service from downtown Fort Worth to the event location and back. The shuttle will depart at 9:45 AM from the World Affairs Council office at 808 Throckmorton St. on Friday, November 2, and return at 2:30 PM. The price will be $20 per person. Please contact the Fort Worth office at (817) 212-2696 to purchase shuttle tickets.
