2012 Teacher's Guide

Congratulations to the 2012 winners- Plano Senior High School! They represented the Council at the national competition at Georgetown University on April 21st. They defended their national championship from 2011 and are the 2012 national winners again!

The eighth annual Academic WorldQuest competition was held on Feb. 29, 2012 at University of Texas at Arlington. This competition had 81 teams, 350 students, and 33 schools representing all of Dallas/Fort Worth. Thank you to all students and teachers who participated and special thanks to our sponsor, the Fluor Foundation. Plano West HS placed second and Flower Mound HS took third place at the local competition. Congratulations to all the winners and please stay tuned for updates regarding next year's competition.
