THINK GLOBAL. VOLUNTEER LOCAL.
There are many ways to get involved with citizen diplomacy, and we encourage you to become a member and contact our staff about your interest in volunteering today!
Below are the most common ways our members promote international awareness in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. Read about some of our stellar volunteers that have recently been recognized as Volunteer of the Month, and learn about the different ways they support the Council.
TOP 3 WAYS TO VOLUNTEER
- International Visitor Program: Meet with leaders from other countries, host one or more visitors in your home for a relaxing evening meal and meaningful conversation, or sign up to host a visitor on a short-term exchange program.
- International Education Program: Share your professional experience and career path with North Texas high school students. We are always looking for local experts to share their story with students on campuses or at our International Career Day.
- Internship Program: Share your time while exploring international career opportunities at the Council. Our internship program offers the opportunity for high school, undergraduate, and post-graduate students to build their resumes and strengthen their job skills.
