Connecting You with the World
A lunch, 20 hours of PD credit (19 counted as G/T hours), and materials provided at no cost.
Spend three days (JUNE 2015- Dates TBA) learning about free global resources, student-centered international instruction, subsidized teacher travel, and how to add global components into your course subjects.
Presenters from National Geographic, Population Connection, the World Affairs Council, MENSA, CONCERN, and several other local internationally focused groups will speak and provide materials, lessons, and speakers.
Attendees will also receive a large binder full of internationalized lessons for several disciplines.
Location: Region 10 in Richardson.
Registration will open in early 2015.
