This week at the Council, our programs department is busy with three different programs. On Monday, diplomat and author Bob Satawake will speak on his new book, "Breaking Protocol." During his more than four decades in uniform, retired four-star Marine general Jim Mattis commanded Marines at levels—from an infantry rifle platoon to a Marine Expeditionary Force. Jim Mattis joins the Council to discuss his memoir, "Call Sign Chaos: Learning to Lead."
