"Crossfire Hurricane," named for the investigation that led to the Mueller Report, is an FBI insider’s take on the investigation's earliest days. Author and former FBI special agent Josh Campbell posits that President Trump's campaign of attack against the FBI poses a threat to public safety.

Campbell, who served under Presidents Bush, Obama, and Trump as a career special agent and was a special assistant to James Comey working on some of the highest-profile operations,  resigned from the FBI in February 2018 and is now a national security expert for CNN.
