Meridian Young Professionals: Training! Essentials of Negotiation
Laura A. Frase, Assistant Professor of Law and Director of Advocacy Competitions, UNT Dallas College of Law

Wednesday, June 16, 2021 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Time Zone: America/Chicago
Local Time: Wednesday, June 16, 2021 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Negotiation Essentials

Typically, we think of negotiations in dramatic contexts: geopolitical resolutions, corporate acquisitions, buying a home, or accepting a new salary. But did you know that negotiation is a part of most of our daily interactions? Young professionals can develop these skills to be prepared for every situation, whether representing yourself or others. And no, you do not have to be a lawyer to become an expert negotiator (though it certainly doesn’t hurt!).

Join our virtual negotiation training with Laura A. Frase, assistant professor of law at UNT Dallas College of Law, to learn proven strategies and engage with each other to develop your skills. Young leaders from all industries and organizations will find this program beneficial, so I hope to see you at the other end of the virtual negotiation table!
