Harold Montgomery is managing director at Wirex USA, a digital payment platform bridging the gap between digital and traditional currencies. His blockchain and digital financial service experience includes serving as CEO of MoneyOnMobile and as chairman and CEO of Calpai. He holds a BA in international relations and affairs and an MBA from Stanford University.

About the Moderator

Lee Bratcher is the president and founder of the Texas Blockchain Council, an industry association seeking to promote bitcoin and blockchain initiatives in Texas. He is a former Dallas Baptist University political science professor. Bratcher acquired blockchain instructional training from the IBM Watson Research Center in New York, holds master’s degree in international relations from St. Mary’s University, and is a sixth-year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Texas at Dallas.
