Meet the hands-on challenges of making zucchini and feta fritters with truffle aioli, panna cotta with raspberry coulis and other Tuscan delights when you attend a special Global Forum cooking class at Sur La Table. You’ll be taught by a skilled executive chef who also teaches chefs, Brandon Torre.
Cooking classroom space is limited to 16.

Global Forum members, in groups of four, will learn to make “Rustic Tuscan Dinner Menu” dishes while operating in conditions common to chefs: Standing, cooking and working. Participants are advised, “Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and have your long hair tied back.”

Chef Torre will encourage your hands-on involvement in learning cooking techniques, flavors and trends. The payoff comes in knowledge and in getting to taste the delights you’ve learned to make.

Your made-it-yourself menu for the evening:

  • Crostini with herbed goat cheese and parsley-sage pesto
  • Zucchini and feta fritters with truffle aioli
  • Seared New York strip steak with arugula and fried capers
  • Panna cotta with raspberry coulis
