The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth is simultaneously creating a legacy and a future. Our public and member programs bring significant global personalities to North Texas to discuss what has been and what could be. Eyewitnesses to history and the people who make it — all are part of the Council legacy. Through our protocol and diplomatic services, the Council is committed to the economic development of our region and the establishment of North Texas as an essential center for international interests and business. The Global Young Leaders program for North Texas students creates an environment that helps young eyes look beyond the horizon. The International Visitor Program establishes the handshake of friendship and understanding across borders and oceans.
