Diana Liebmann is a partner at Haynes Boone. She is valued as a utilities guru and a leading name in energy law. Diana’s broad transactional experience and in-depth focus on the details of wholesale and retail power regulation and market structure enable her to effectively guide clients with respect to structuring transactions, compliance, and in the investment and deployment of capital in electricity markets. She also leads the firm’s Power and Renewables Practice Group.

Jeffrey Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. His real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. He also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology, and energy companies.

Haynes Strader has experience that stretches over twelve years in the data center sector, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Strader leads site selection, capital management and customer management for Skybox Datacenters. His work with clients and capital partners across the industry have led to some of largest data center transactions in the US. Haynes has represented tenants, buyers and sellers on more than 210 data center transactions totaling more than $5B in total value and is well renowned for his mission-critical market expertise. Haynes previously served as Vice President in the CBRE Data Center Solutions platform. Mr. Strader is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves on the SMU Dedman College Executive Board, 21st Century Council, and the SMU Folsom Institute Board.
