
Nancy Avila is the executive VP, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer at McKesson. She is responsible for McKesson’s portfolio of enterprise and healthcare technologies for their providers, pharmacies, payors, labs, and healthcare systems. Avila has over 30 years of experience in business operations and system technology. She was named among America’s Top 20 Enterprise CIOs by I-CIO, and among the 100 most influential Hispanic leaders in Technology by the Hispanic Information Technology Executive Council.
Brendan McGuire is the Regional President of PNC Bank in North Texas. He has also served as a senior consultant at KPMG US and managing director at Morris, Manning & Martin. He later received a higher role as senior vice president of corporate banking at RBC Bank in Atlanta. McGuire served seven years at RBC until he became senior vice president of corporate banking at PNC before working his way to his current role. He has become involved in the Dallas community and serves on many boards: Dallas Museum of Art (Chair of Budget and Finance Committee), Dallas Regional Chamber (Chair of Education and Workforce Committee), AT&T Performing Arts Center, Dallas Citizens Council, Dallas Summer Musicals, Texas Bankers Association, World Affairs Council of Dallas, and Dallas Thrives.

Nicole Garcia is the U.S. Assurance Director in the Consumer, Industrial, Products, and Services sector of PwC, where she also served as the co-lead for the Dallas Inclusion Council which promotes an understanding and inclusion amongst all people inside and outside of PwC. In addition, she currently serves as the pillar lead for Diversity Equity & Inclusion for the Consumer, Industrial, Products & Services Sector. Garcia was appointed chair of the Council’s Young Professionals Advisory Committee in 2022 and serves as a board member at the Notre Dame School of Dallas.
