THINK GLOBAL. VOLUNTEER LOCAL.

TOP 3 WAYS TO VOLUNTEER

  1. International Visitor Program: Host dinner for a visiting delegation in your home for a relaxing evening meal and meaningful conversation, or sign up to host a visitor on a short-term exchange program.
  2. Internship Program: Share your time while exploring international career opportunities at the Council. Our internship program offers the opportunity for high school, undergraduate, and post-graduate students to build their resumes and strengthen their job skills.
  3. Global Young Leaders Education Program: Share your professional experience and career path with North Texas middle school and high school students. We are always looking for local experts to share their story through our Speakers to Schools Program or at our International Career Days.
Students of all ages require practical examples of classroom curriculum to make education "real." The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth recognizes this need and educates students on issues affecting our world. We thank you for being a link between U.S. schools and meaningful real-world learning through our new partnership with Nepris.
