Daniel Wohlberg joined the Council staff in July of 2021. He earned his B.A. in marketing communications in 2007 and worked for a variety of nonprofits as a marketing coordinator before pursuing an additional degree in graphic design. Upon completion in 2016, he landed at Sprint (later T-Mobile) as a communications designer, working directly with the CEO, his communications team, and other executives on internal communications, corporate presentations, and visuals for employee campaigns and quarterly all-hands meetings. Later, he worked as a dedicated designer for the corporate brand and as an art director, strategizing with creative leadership on national commercials and campaigns. His ambition was always to return to nonprofit to use learned skills and both degrees to oversee full-scope marketing for mission-based organizations, and the Council has allowed for just that. Daniel is passionate about the National Parks, musical theatre, and sharing pictures of his dog (Oslo). He has a goal to be able to identify all the flags of nations around the world.
