Katrina Girgis serves as the Education Coordinator at the council, bringing a rich background in both public safety and international affairs. Prior to this role, she worked as a Dispatcher for the Collin College Police Department. Katrina holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Security with a concentration in the Middle East, as well as a certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Texas. During her studies, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Rabat, Morocco, an experience that deepened her cultural understanding, global perspective, and linguistic capabilities as she speaks both Arabic and Farsi.
