International Affairs & Protocol Liaison, City of Dallas

Macs Reynolds serves as the International Affairs & Protocol Liaison in the Office of Government Affairs and Strategic Partnerships for the City of Dallas. He works closely with the Mayor, City Council, and executive leadership to advance Dallas’ international engagement strategy and strengthen relationships with foreign governments, consular offices, international organizations, Sister Cities, and global stakeholders.
