Roshan Shetty is a distinguished technology services executive with more than 28 years of global leadership experience, shaping strategic client partnerships and driving growth across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. His sector expertise spans BFSI, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Public Sector and TMT.

He currently serves as Head of BFSI & Public Sector, Americas at Tech Mahindra and is a member of the Tech Mahindra Management Council. He also serves as a Board Member of Citisoft and an Advisory Board Member to RiskOpsAI. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at Sonata Software, he played a pivotal role in scaling the global IT services business to industry-leading growth. During his tenure at Infosys, he held a series of senior leadership positions, including UK Head and Head of Insurance, Life Sciences, and Healthcare for EMEA, and served on the Executive Council for Europe. Throughout his career, he has advised C-suite leaders on strategic business, digital, and data transformation agendas, including large-scale and complex M&A initiatives.

Roshan is a respected voice in the industry and serves on GOV.UK’s Trade Advisory Group for Telecoms and Technology. He is also a member of the Forbes Business Development Council and contributes to the World Economic Forum’s Centre for Financial and Monetary Systems as an Agenda Contributor, with a focus on AI and quantum computing.

He is an alumnus of Stanford University, where he completed the Executive Leadership Program and the Stanford Ignite Program in Entrepreneurship and Leadership, as well as INSEAD’s Executive Leadership Program. He also holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering.
