Wes Williams serves as Vice President & CFO of Hillwood Aviation, associated with the Perot Companies focusing on real estate, investments, and aviation related business opportunities.

As a real estate provider to aviation companies for over 30 years at their AllianceTexas™, AllianceCalifornia™, and AllianceFlorida™ developments, Mr. Williams and Hillwood have demonstrated their commitment to maintaining long term relationships with its customers. AllianceTexas is a 27,000-acre, master-planned development by Hillwood encompassing industrial, logistics, corporate
office, retail, aviation, multifamily housing and more. As a global logistics hub, the development has transformed the North Texas economy and connected the area to industry around the world. Since its inception, AllianceTexas has generated more than 66,000 jobs and an estimated $120 billion in regional economic impact.

Mr. Williams works directly with Hillwood’s executive team to manage the company’s strategic financial planning and overall fiscal activities. Mr. Williams also assists with the business planning for the
company’s real estate investment, development, and consulting projects with a focus on aerospace, logistics, and related business opportunities. Further, Mr. Williams oversees all facets of the company’s
investments and activities in Africa.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Williams was Vice President & CFO of Gulf Alliance Company, an international based real estate development company in Abu Dhabi. In addition to providing diverse
expertise in development and investments in the Middle East, Mr. Williams expanded the real estate and investment platform in East and Southern Africa. Mr. Williams has held a variety of positions within the Perot Companies for the past 17 years to include Vice President, Financial Manager, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Public service is of the utmost importance to Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams served in the United States Air Force as Financial Management Officer. In the USAF, Mr. Williams performed in progressive roles to
include Budget and Cost Analyst, Financial Manager, and Chief of Financial Management. Further, Mr. Williams served in the Middle East, where he was a Comptroller supporting seven operating locations
during Operations Southern Watch, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom.

Mr. Williams holds FAA Certificate of Private Pilot, Single Engine Land with Instrument rating and Certificate of Remote Pilot sUAS.
